As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This Role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and enhance performance, often working under dynamic conditions to address challenges promptly and effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to analyze complex system issues and develop strategic resolutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and enhancements.Must-Have AI Skills-
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Mosaic AI
Experience building solutions using Mosaic AI Agent Framework
Experience with Databricks Vector Search / retrieval patterns for enterprise knowledge grounding
Good understanding of Databricks Model Serving and LLM application deployment patterns
Experience designing RAG architectures on Databricks
Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence
Strong experience with GitHub Copilot for developer productivity and AI-assisted engineering workflows
Strong understanding of MCP / Model Context Protocol and tool-connected AI workflows
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure SRE Agents.
Strong experience in prompt engineering, reusable instruction design, and grounded generation patterns
Experience with AI evaluation, hallucination reduction, grounding validation, and response quality control
Ability to design enterprise AI workflows across document ingestion, retrieval, orchestration, and agent executionGood-to-Have Skills-
Familiarity with Claude Code
Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry
Experience with Playwright-based AI testing workflows
Exposure to AI use cases for .NET API development, Azure and AWS
Exposure to multi-agent orchestration
Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and review controlsAdditional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Looking for candidate proficient on AI Skills who can run the initiatives and works closely with client. When it comes to framework and tools used to run AI workflow, agents, LLM models -- Azure Databricks is priority and second is Azure AI Foundry(Open AI, AI Search etc.)Qualification15 years full time education
