Operations Analyst (PMO+ Executive assistance)- Contract

One of our leading IT MNC Clients in Hyderabad is looking for Operations Analyst (PMO) Roles on Contract basis.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Maintain key management information systems and operational dashboards/KPIs to share periodic
reports with leadership and internal stakeholders
Modify, develop, or create new models/systems for robust MIS reporting
Collaborate with the finance team to manage SOW, PO, and invoices for all projects. Manage quality of invoicing and resolve invoicing-related queries for the team and internal customers
Provide operations support to strategic initiatives and programs by creating and maintaining
dashboards, project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, and status reports
Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders from ecosystem partners such as operations,
procurement, and talent teams
Build governance reports for access management, and resource requirements such as licenses and
monitor movements within the various projects
Establish cadence between all staff levels for effective team coordination and connect
Organize, plan, and coordinate different logistical requirements for team-building activities
Develop and coordinate impactful presentations/spreadsheets to provide impactful business updates for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
4-6 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in operations, with
experience and exposure to reporting to leadership level audience
MBA or equivalent from recognized institutes. Certifications or qualifications related to operations are an added advantage
Good understanding of MS Office, strong analytical reasoning, data interpretation, problem-solving
abilities, and attention to detail. Ownership and drive to deliver critical operational dashboards
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Tableau, and VBA will be an added advantage
Knowledge of MS Office with intermediate to advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, that reflect logical thinking
Understanding of operations in a professional services firm reporting, operations, analysis.
