As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This Role focuses on enhancing the overall quality framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure greater control, precision, and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with organizational goals is a key aspect of the daily routine, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of software delivery.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project timelines and deliverables.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks tailored for mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of various mobile platforms and their testing requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize test automation processes to improve coverage and reduce execution time.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to mobile test automation environments.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
