Job Description

  • Handle customer chats professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Follow communication scripts, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Eligibility Criteria -

  • Minimum Educational Qualification 10+2 (No Backlogs)
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Prior experience in BPO International Chat process/ Background Verification process is an added advantage.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
