Job Description:
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.
Screening: shortlisting candidates sourced through the portal (, Monster and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
Lateral Hiring: Identifying the right candidates with the required Skillset and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description.
Experienced in Full Recruitment Life Cycle in IT staffing.
Experienced in Searching, Sourcing, Screening, and Negotiation.
Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
End to End Recruitment (Initiation from sourcing the right profiles through different sources until joining formalities).
Expert in both Contract and Permanent Recruitment.
Good verbal and Oral communication skills in English.
Well versed with social network recruiting experience on LinkedIn.
Taking a Preliminary round of interview so as to judge the communication and the abilities of the candidate before submitting to the client
