Qa Engineer @ MNC Group

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in modern automation frameworks, especially Playwright, along with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and API testing using Rest Assured. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• Build end-to-end UI automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Perform API testing and automation using Rest Assured
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices
• Improve test frameworks for scalability, reliability, and performance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in QA Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience in API automation using Rest Assured
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
