AIOC Recruiter (volume hiring and who is open to visit vendor)
Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions.
1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process )
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry
Shift: General, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and WFO
