About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across healthcare processes such as billing, patient management, finance, and administrative workflows. The role requires strong expertise in process automation, workflow optimization, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation
- Build, test, and maintain automation bots and workflows
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather automation requirements
- Monitor bot performance and ensure smooth execution of automated processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues and production defects
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows and automation processes
- Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness in automated systems
- Continuously improve automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency
RPA developers typically design and maintain automated workflows, integrate systems, and troubleshoot issues to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in RPA Tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism)
- Knowledge of process automation, workflow design and business analysis
- Programming knowledge: Python / .NET / Java / VBScript
- Understanding of APIs, databases (SQL), and system integration
- Experience in process mapping and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Experience (Healthcare Advantage):
- Experience in hospital / healthcare automation projects
- Exposure to billing systems, patient data workflows or revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Understanding of compliance and data security in healthcare systems
Qualification:
- B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent
- RPA Certification (UiPath / Automation Anywhere) preferred
