Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:A highly skilled and experienced resource to support in sizing and execution of Network Deliverables, to join our dynamic team and lead Power Apps development projects.9+ Years ExperienceRequired Skill Set:Technical Skills An excellent understanding of Dataverse along with how to design, develop and secure it. Strong experience with:Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate. Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform configuration and development is essential. Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting complex Power Apps solutions.Project Management Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to estimate timelines and costs accurately, ensuring alignment with business goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Communication and Interpersonal skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being client facing. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assist gathering of requirements and translate them into cost and timeline estimates and technical specifications. Experience in mentoring and guiding a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Additional Relevant Information: Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform web service programming is desirable. Experience with PowerApps Portals is desirable but not essential. Experience across the Microsoft portfolio especially Azure Portal, AAD, M365 & MS Teams is desirable but not essential. Experience across the SharePoint Online, libraries, lists and security principles is desirable but not essential. Experience with Dataverse Plugin Development in Visual Studio and C# is desirable but not essential. Experience with migrating data into Dataverse is desirable.
