Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Deputy Manager HR Technology & Systems will be responsible to provide support for HR systems project and product implementation, as well as training across the regional and corporate HR teams. Additionally, the role entails being the primary point of first-level support for these teams and assisting with data uploads, formatting, and cleanup, along with coordinating with the IT team and vendors.


Key Responsibilities

HR Application Implementation

  • Actively participate in the implementation of HR applications by providing both administrative and technical assistance as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and prepare comprehensive training manuals for HR system applications. Ensure that all users are proficient in utilizing the new tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

System Evaluation and Coordination

  • Develop and execute test scripts to thoroughly evaluate the performance and functionality of the HR system. Identify any issues and work towards resolution to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
  • Coordinate closely with the IT team and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HR applications and ongoing support. Facilitate communication to address any technical challenges that may arise.

User Management and Reporting

  • Manage the user matrix and role-based permissions for MYSPACE and integrated systems, ensuring appropriate access levels are granted to maintain security and compliance.
  • Generate data, reports, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to support various reporting requirements within the organization. Provide insights that aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

Environment, Social & Governance

  • Promote judicious use of natural resources.
  • Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

  • Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.


Education

  • Graduate or equivalent degree in Human Resources /Science discipline.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS or similar enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with relevant HR applications, specifically SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
