Key Responsibilities:

Helath insurance- Support backend process

Benefits Data Management: Maintain, audit, and update employee eligibility, enrollment, and coverage data across internal systems and vendor platforms.

DB operations(Define benefits), pension, retirement operation.
Backend Operations Processing: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks including file feeds, payroll deductions, retro adjustments, and life event updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Graduation is mandatory
Any customer service experience (Voice/Non-voice/backend)
minimum 2 years of experience in Benefits Admin/customer service
Domestic or International Process Experience

Employment Details:
Location - Noida sec 135
5 days working
Both side cab facilities (if staying in the hiring zone)
Shift timings - 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM
