Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
1. Design & Engineering
Develop and review detailed electrical system designs for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection in accordance with project requirements and standards.
Prepare and check electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications using relevant software.
2. Coordination & Collaboration
Liaise with mechanical, plumbing, and civil engineering teams to ensure integrated MEP solutions.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to align designs with practical site conditions
. Attend design and site coordination meetings to resolve technical issues.
3. Installation Supervision
Oversee installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
Verify correct placement of conduits, wiring, switchgear, and panel boards.
Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship during construction phases. 4. Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (NEC, BIS, or equivalent).
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Plan and conduct inspections, functional tests, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final documentation for client handover.
Provide operational training to facility management teams. 6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate logs of site activities, inspection reports, and approvals.
Prepare progress and status reports for project stakeholders
. Track and document design changes or variation

Experience: 8-10 years
Qualification: Full time regular B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering ,
