Job Description

Job Summary:


The Role is responsible for leading and managing overall operational performance, ensuring effective service delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability across regions or business units. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, manpower management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve organizational objectives and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and drive daily operations across multiple regions to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA adherence.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage manpower planning, deployment, and optimization across sites in coordination with HR and operations teams.
  4. Lead regional and site-level managers to ensure operational alignment with business goals.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, attrition, attendance, and client feedback.
  6. Ensure strict compliance with statutory, safety, and company operational policies.
  7. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision-making.
  8. Collaborate with business development teams to support new client onboarding, pricing, and contract execution.
  9. Review escalation tickets, audits, and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and preventive action.
  10. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance for the operations function.
  11. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
  12. Build a high-performance culture through mentoring, training, and team development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
  2. 12-20 years of progressive experience in operations management in facility management, manpower outsourcing, or service-based industries.
  3. Proven leadership experience handling large teams and multi-location operations.
  4. Strong understanding of client management, compliance, and service delivery models.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and digital tools for operations tracking.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
