What will you drive?

Hiring for Telesales Professionals (Retail Associate role) at Cars24
Responsible for connecting with customers looking to sell their cars
Negotiate pricing with customers and convert leads by convincing them to sell through Cars24
Focus on driving results and achieving conversions, not just routine calling
Monthly targets to drive performance, competitiveness, and negotiation skills
Comprehensive training (715 days) including classroom and on-the-job learning
Training designed to equip you to handle real customer scenarios and challenges effectively
Performance-based incentives linked to target achievement and successful conversions
Opportunity to maximize earnings by exceeding targets and delivering strong results

Who are we looking for?

Comfortable with a 6-day workweek, with the weekly off scheduled on any day between Monday to Friday
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Strong in follow-ups and lead conversion
Punctual and disciplined with work timings
Willing to learn and adapt quickly
Positive attitude and team player
Ready to work in a fast-paced sales environment
