Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of LAP products
Build and manage a team of sales executives / relationship managers
Source customers through:
Direct sales
Channel partners (DSAs, brokers)
Builder/property networks
Meet monthly and quarterly targets
Evaluate customer profiles (income, property value, eligibility)
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams
Maintain relationships with high-value clients
