Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI workflows and Classification Algorithms. The ideal candidate will design intelligent agent-based systems and develop high-performance ML models to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development
- Design and implement intelligent agent-based workflows for autonomous task execution
- Develop scalable AI agent systems for decision-making automation
- Integrate agentic workflows into enterprise systems
- Optimize performance and reliability of AI-driven automation
Machine Learning (Classification Focus)
- Develop and deploy ML models with strong focus on classification algorithms
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Optimize model accuracy and performance
- Continuously monitor and refine models post-deployment
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong experience in Classification Algorithms
- Hands-on experience in ML model development & deployment
- Experience in AI workflow automation / Agentic systems
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience in model evaluation & performance tuning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with LLMs / Generative AI
- Exposure to MLOps practices
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
