Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a chat process. Fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong communication skills.
Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Personal Traits:Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Team player with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to team goals.
Preferred:
Prior experience in customer service or chat process (BPO/KPO).
Knowledge of customer service software or CRM systems.
