 Senior Sales Executive - GI

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the GI division of Berger Paints India Ltd, based in British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and revenue.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer loyalty and retention.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the GI division of a paints company.

  • Strong knowledge of the paints industry and market trends.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
