Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the GI Powder Coatings division of Berger Paints India Ltd, based in British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the GI Powder Coatings industry.
