Job Description
Job summary:
We are seeking a PEGA Systems Expert to join our development team, specializing in business process management and customer relationship management solutions. As a PEGA Systems Expert, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions on the PEGA platform, bringing deep technical expertise to maximize the tool's potential.
Required competencies/experience:
- PEGA Systems Experience: Minimum of 8 years in developing solutions using PEGA, with deep understanding of its complex functionalities.
- Advanced Technical Skills in creating PEGA solutions encompassing case modeling, decision rules, data integrations, and agent configuration.
- Process Optimization: Ability to effectively analyze and transform functional requirements into PEGA solution models.
- Databases: Expertise in data integration via PEGA, familiar with various types of databases.
- Deployment Experience and version management of PEGA in varied environments.
- In-depth Knowledge of performance optimizations for PEGA applications.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to report effectively to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.
- Working Language: English to facilitate effective communication with our delivery managers in Romania.
Nice to Have:
- PEGA Certifications (PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA), PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA))
- Familiarity with DevOps Practices and continuous integration systems within a PEGA context.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Power Apps: Experience in integrating PEGA with Power Apps applications to ensure seamless communication and processes between systems.
- Experience in digitalizing business processes or CRM processes using low-code/no-code platforms is appreciated.
- Knowledge of generative AI, particularly using assistants like GitHub Copilot.

- Autonomy and proactivity in the management of daily tasks.
- Ability to be proactive and propose solutions to the client.
