- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong experience in designing and developing data integration workflows and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with database concepts, data warehousing, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
