Job Title: Portfolio Project Manager
Location: Remote
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for governing, executing, and closing regional and global projects, acting as the
single point of accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and quality. The position will work on behalf
of the region to align with global governance models, manage project portfolios with country teams, and
ensure effective change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Execution
Govern the execution and closure of projects across countries within the region
Act as the point of accountability for project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables
Define project goals, success criteria, and quality standards from initiation through completion
Steward multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, budgets, and team assignments
Portfolio & Risk Management
Manage the project portfolio in collaboration with country teams
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and constraints, and develop mitigation plans
Ensure projects align with regional priorities and global governance frameworks
Global & Regional Alignment
Work with global teams on the rollout and adoption of new governance models
Represent and lead regional requirements for global projects
Act as a bridge between global, regional, and country stakeholders to ensure alignment
Change & Communication Governance
Develop and manage mechanisms to capture, govern, and communicate all change
management updates within the global governance framework
Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely communication across stakeholders
Tools, Documentation & Reporting
Manage and govern Triskell for project and portfolio tracking
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including governance records,
approvals, risks, and decisions
Ensure reporting accuracy and clarity for leadership and stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
Lead stakeholder engagement across Region, Global teams, and Country units
Serve as a key interface for TDDI stakeholders across multiple geographies
Facilitate effective communication, escalation management, and decision-making forums

Timely and controlled delivery of regional and global projects
Strong governance, risk visibility, and budget adherence
Effective adoption of global governance models at regional and country levels

Candidate Profile
Experience:
Total Experience: 13+ years
Relevant Experience: 8+ years in project governance, portfolio management, or transformation
roles
Proven experience managing complex, multi-country or regional projects
Exposure to working in global, matrixed environments
Education
Graduate degree in any discipline (required)
