Job Description
We are looking for an Embedded Architect / Sr. Technical Lead to join our team in Gurgaon and lead the design and development of Industrial Protocol Gateway products a mission-critical space at the intersection of OT, IT networking, and embedded systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and architect industrial protocol gateway solutions for mission-critical deployments
- Develop and enhance support for EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet, and DNP3 protocols
- Integrate gateways with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) and Siemens S7 series PLCs
- Develop embedded applications on Linux/RTOS platforms with socket programming and multi-threading
- Implement secure communication mechanisms: TLS/SSL, VPN (IPSEC/OpenVPN)
- Drive code reviews, architecture governance, and mentor junior engineers
- Engage with customers for requirement gathering, deployment support, and custom protocol handling
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Hands-on expertise in EtherNet/IP (Scanner/Adapter), Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet, DNP3
- Deep experience in protocol conversion gateway products
- PLC/SCADA integration with Rockwell and Siemens S7
- Strong C/C++ programming on Linux/RTOS embedded platforms
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, socket programming, Wireshark
- Tools: Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins (CI/CD), Shell/Bash scripting
GOOD TO HAVE
- OPC UA / MQTT, Edge Computing / IIoT exposure
- Docker/Containerization, Qt Framework, Python Scripting
- OTA Firmware Update experience
