As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of application management and deployment.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with tools that support Agile practices, such as Jira or Trello.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their integration into existing systems.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
