Job Description

• Implementation of appointment system and doctors adherence, resolving Customer Grievances in coordination with all concerned.
• Provide assistance to patients/visitors for administrative requirements/guidance.
• Ensure the documentation of all Suggestions /Complaints / Patient Feedbacks appreciations as per laid down protocols and ensure necessary action is taken by the concerned HODs.
• Ensure the Maintenance and upkeep of the OPD
• Adherence to SOP and Department Protocol
• Ensuring timely report generation and submission
• Process improvement implementation
• On the job induction of new recruits
• Training, ongoing support, as per departmental requirement (Marketing activities, organization requirement)
• Team supervision
• Indent approval for equipment/furniture/
• Statistical analysis of all Suggestions/Complaints to arrive at the CSI(Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
• Ensure follow up on Customer Satisfaction Index scores and prompt concerned department heads to close the gaps.
• Development of new processes & protocols in coordination with quality team.
• Preparation of the Duty Roster for smooth administration
• Supervise and provide technical support to junior team members
