Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js, along

with exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices. This role involves

building scalable, resilient applications and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in

a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js

Write clean and maintainable code with a focus on performance and

reliability

Build and enhance reusable frameworks and enterprise-grade abstractions

Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Leverage cloud services to deploy and manage applications

Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, and secure application development

(If applicable) Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team leadership

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (mandatory)

3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js

Exposure to Python or Go (working knowledge preferred)

2 to 4 years of experience with Git and DevOps tools/practices

Working experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (Azure is also acceptable)

Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern web

architectures

Preferred / Value-Added Skills

Experience working with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) projects

Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools such as Claude, Codex, Antigravity, or similar

Proven experience in writing enterprise-level, resilient frameworks and abstractions

Prior experience in managing or mentoring teams of 2 to 3 developers
