Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential and existing vendors, including background checks, financial analysis, and compliance reviews.
- Evaluate vendor risk profiles based on factors such as financial stability, operational capabilities, compliance history, and cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure all vendor relationships comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor compliance issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in vendor performance and risk profiles.
- Maintain detailed records of due diligence and risk assessment processes, findings, and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supplier due diligence, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using due diligence and risk assessment tools is required.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supplier management is essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with international suppliers and global supply chains is preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices is desirable.
