Hiring for Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Interested candidates can walk-in from 24th April 2026 (Mon -Fri) regularly

Must Haves:

*Graduates with Excellent communication skills.

*Qualified in Technical Degrees are not eligible.

*Required 1+ relevant on papers experience in international voice process.

* Fix Night Shift, Rotational week offs.

*Full time Students Not Eligible

*Self-Travelling & out of boundary Not Eligible

*Should be comfortable with Work from Office

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Care Executive or International Voice Process Agent.
  
• Strong accent neutralization abilities for effective communication with international clients.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills for handling complex customer interactions via phone calls.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
