About the Role
As a Senior Python Data Science Expert, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, collaborating with data engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and IT partners.
This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver scalable data science solutions using cloud platforms and modern data lakehouse architectures. In This Role, You Will
- Perform complex data analysis on very large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Design, implement, and maintain data lakehouse architectures that integrate the benefits of data lakes and data warehouses
- Develop and manage scalable data processing systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage
- Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to solve business problems and enhance data-driven outcomes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless data operations
- Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational and industry standards
- Monitor, tune, and optimize the performance of data platforms and machine learning solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data workflows, models, and processes

What You Must Have to Be Considered
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, advanced analytics, and big data technologies
- Strong expertise in Python programming for data analysis and machine learning
- Proficiency in big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of data lakehouse architectures and modern data platforms
- Expertise in designing and optimizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Proficiency in database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing solutions
- Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data security best practices.

These Will Help You Succeed
- Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, clustering, and anomaly detection
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python-based visualization libraries
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data science and machine learning solutions
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of large-scale data processing systems
- Exposure to multiple programming or scripting languages such as R, Scala, Java, C++, SAS, or SQL
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to lead data science initiatives end to end
Work Model Hybrid
