Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
Make sure orders are processed accurately and on time
Assign daily tasks (picking, packing, loading, unloading)
Monitor worker performance and productivity
Train new employees and guide existing staff
Maintain discipline and resolve minor conflicts
