Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
  • Make sure orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Assign daily tasks (picking, packing, loading, unloading)
  • Monitor worker performance and productivity
  • Train new employees and guide existing staff
  • Maintain discipline and resolve minor conflicts
