Job Description: Customer Service Executive( Mutual
Funds)


Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our mutual fund service team. The role involves assisting investors with queries, providing guidance on transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all mutual fund products.


Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding mutual fund investments, account statements, NAVs, and transaction status.
Assist investors with purchase, redemption, switch, and systematic investment plan (SIP) transactions.
Provide accurate information on fund performance, product features, and regulatory guidelines.
Support customers in resolving issues related to
KYC, account updates, and documentation.
Coordinate with fund operations, compliance, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in
CRM systems.
Educate customers about new fund launches, investment options, and digital platforms.

Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and company compliance standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good understanding of mutual fund products and investment processes.
Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in customer service within financial services or mutual funds is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply.


Performance Metrics
Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
First contact resolution rate.
Average handling time.
Accuracy in transaction support and compliance
