Job Description
- Conduct on-site presentations, seminars, and workshops at Spectrum, Organizations, and Campuses.
- Assist the Development and Production teams as a key professional in the Software Testing Team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies using tools such as UFT, Selenium IDE, Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, and Testlink.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design and deliver technical training sessions for fresh IT career aspirants.
- Work flexibly based on company requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Manual Testing and Automation Testing with good knowledge of relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Mantis and test management tools like Testlink.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
