Sales Executive Job Description - 1) Enquiry Handling (Walk- in, Tele, Events, Msil, Web, Ref). 2) Filling up Tracking Sheet With complete Details. 3) Probing TV Exchange / Valuate Old car. 4) Explain product information. 5) Demonstration and Test Drive. 6) Explanation of schemes, Finance, Finance Documentation process. 7) Explain Benefits of MI / EW / MGA / RTA. 8) Follow- up through tracking sheet updating DMS regularly and giving daily report to TL. 9) Opening of Order Booking Form. 10) Check availability of stock (Model , Variant, colour) 11) On Date of Delivery check CAR physically 2- 3 hours before Customer is asked to come to showroom. 12) Get Accessories Fitted it customer has ordered and verify before delivery. 13) Check clearance of payment I day in advance, collect corporate related documents. 14) Check clearance of loan and get Do from finance company before Delivery and get clearance from TL and MANGER. 15) Complete Delivery process Raise T/ R Insurance, Life Tax online payment and be present at the time of Delivery & Thanks the Customer. 16) Handover all documents to customer for full payments. 17) Handover all documents to RTA Dept if Permanent Registration is done by us 18) Visit the customer after 20 days to find out if he is satisfied and then probe for Reference.
