You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s. Quality Checks involve the process of reviewing and inspecting products or services to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements. This can include testing, measuring, and verifying various aspects of the product or service. The goal is to identify and correct any defects or issues before they reach the customer. Effective quality checks help maintain high standards, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce the risk of returns or complaints. They are essential for maintaining the reputation and reliability of a business. Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. e.g. Policies; Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management and Contractor controls. Establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required. What are we looking for?
