Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Analyst who specializes in text analytics and insights generation to support our Patient Experience team at a regional level. The role will focus on analyzing patient feedback, complaints, and narratives to uncover meaningful insights that improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze patient feedback, complaints, and survey comments using text analytics techniques.
- Identify themes, sentiment trends, and recurring issues impacting patient experience.
- Convert unstructured data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create dashboards and reports highlighting key patient experience metrics and trends.
- Work closely with unit teams to support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and improvement initiatives.
- Track effectiveness of interventions and monitor improvement in patient experience scores.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and structured reporting across units.
What Were Looking For
- 23 years of experience in data analysis / text analytics / insights roles.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI / Tableau.
- Exposure to text analysis / NLP tools (basic level acceptable).
- Ability to analyze qualitative data (feedback, comments, complaints).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
