Handling shift operations as a floor manager
Driving and managing P1/P2 incident bridge calls
Owning MTTA, MTTD, MTTR and ensuring SLA adherence
Assigning and tracking tasks within the shift
Coordinating with on-call teams and driving escalations
Preparing detailed shift handover reports
Governance of Incident and Knowledge Management processes
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Grafana or similar
Exposure to 24/7 production support environments
