Job Title: Senior AI / ML Developer

Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in AI/ML)
Location: Qatar / Remote
Domain: Enterprise AI Solutions

Role Summary

Lead and deliver AIfirst software and machine learning solutions for enterprise decision systems. Responsible for building, deploying, and scaling ML models while driving AIassisted development practices across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models (batch & realtime)
• Build AIdriven solutions for risk, fraud, pricing, or decision systems
• Implement AIassisted/agentic coding workflows and best practices
• Perform feature engineering, model validation, and explainability
• Operationalize models using MLOps pipelines and cloudnative tools
• Mentor junior AI engineers and guide teams on AIfirst delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong handson experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikitlearn)
• Experience in MLOps, model serving, and production deployment
• Knowledge of data engineering, feature stores, and pipeline orchestration
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs (FastAPI/BentoML)
• Exposure to risk modeling, fraud analytics, or timeseries forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
