Job opportunity for Sr. Executive Logistics for Japanese MNC for Bawal, Haryana Location
Requirements-
Designation: Sr. Executive Logistics
Experience: 4+ Years
Education: MBA
Industry Preferred: Automobile / Auto Component Manufacturing Industries/FMCG/Paint/ Lubricants Industries
Key Skills
Material Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation &Distribution, Import Export Regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations
Monitoring of warehouse operations.
Negotiation with 3PL vendors for a contract.
Ensure the availability of stock in the warehouse as per requirement.
Support searching the suitable location for warehouse as per customer/ company requirement.
2. Transport & Logistics management
Ensure all delivery at customer's end as per required timeline (OEM + Aftermarket)
Support searching new transporters and negotiation with them as per company requirement.
Support finalisation of Service Agreement with transporter as per company requirement.
Negotiation with transporters for timely delivery of material and logistics related issues.
Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
Negotiate prices and terms with freight forwarders.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
3. Import & Exports, Local procurement
Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
