Job Title: Lab Technician (Non-Teaching)

Job Summary:
Rama University is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technicians to support academic and research activities across multiple departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, assisting faculty and students during practical sessions, and ensuring smooth lab operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials for practical sessions
- Assist faculty and students during lab experiments and research work
- Maintain, clean, and ensure proper functioning of lab equipment
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of lab supplies
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and laboratory guidelines
- Maintain records of lab usage, experiments, and equipment maintenance
- Provide technical support across respective departments
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors/Masters degree/Diploma in relevant field (as per department requirement)
- Minimum 23 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment handling and safety procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in respective domain labs
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented academic environment
