Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent Management Consultant with strong handson expertise in configuring, enhancing, and supporting Workday Talent suite modules. The ideal candidate should closely partner with HR leadership to translate talent strategies into scalable and compliant Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, enhance, and support Workday Talent Management modules, including:

Talent Management

Performance Management

Succession Planning

Learning Management

Work closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand talent strategies and translate them into Workday configurations

Manage and support:

Talent Reviews

Goal Management

Career Development frameworks

Competency and skills frameworks

Drive endtoend activities including configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and postproduction support

Support Workday releases, including regression testing, impact analysis, and feature adoption

Develop and maintain talent dashboards, scorecards, and advanced reports

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution and rootcause analysis

Ensure alignment of Workday talent processes with HR policies, governance, and organizational standards

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including HR, IT, and external partners
