Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient call handling and meeting KPIs.
Oversee SLA management, shrinkage control, escalation management, and attrition reduction initiatives.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to improve CSAT scores.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce AHT, TAT, and increase sales performance through effective team motivation.
Ensure compliance with KRA's and KPI's set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry.
Strong understanding of call center operations, sales team management, and customer service principles.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in using tools like AHT, ATTRITION MANAGEMENT, CALL CENTER OPERATIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE PRINCIPLES.
