Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall operations of the weld shop, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, processes, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 18-30 years of experience in engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capex planning, POKA YOKE principles, robotics integration into manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from concept to completion (CAPEX).
• Experience working on SSPP (System Safety Process) initiatives.
