Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support Commercial Loan

Operations, with a strong focus on validating loan setup and ongoing servicing parameters on

mainframe-based commercial loan systems. The role involves comprehensive review of loan

agreements, verification of complex system setups, and accurate calculation of interest and

billing components across a wide range of commercial loan products.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in interpreting loan documentation, working

within mainframe loan platforms, and applying strong analytical skills to ensure loans are

boarded and maintained in full compliance with contractual and SOX requirements.

This role also requires the ability to perform quality reviews of peer work to ensure consistency,

accuracy, and adherence to established controls.

Experience 1 5 years

Shift Timings 1 PM to 10 PM

Work Location - Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze commercial loan agreements to extract critical financial, pricing, and

servicing terms.

Validate that loan terms are accurately set up and maintained on mainframe

commercial loan systems in accordance with executed agreements.

Knowledge of various types of loan products such as revolving lines of credit, term

loans, constructiontopermanent loans etc.

Verify setup of key fields including SOX attributes, interest calculation methods,

payment schedules, repricing attributes, maturity terms, and contractual options.

Perform peer reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established

processes and controls.
