Job Description
1. Provide administrative and operational support for program facilitators and experts at hub; coordinate communication and information flow between hub and the participating sites.2. Coordinate development and publication of clinic schedules, session agenda, case presentation and didactic with program facilitators and experts.
3.Coordinate the development and preparation of marketing and promotional plans and/or materials, as appropriate to the program.
4.Facilitate and enhance day to day operation s of the clinic
5.Conduct surveys and feasibility studies for policy formation.
6.Organize meetings, send out notices, track the progress of tasks.
7.Maintain records of all meetings, developments, participants and ECHOclinics on the software provided.
8. Basic training of the participants of the ECHO clinics.
9. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
10. Point of coordination for evaluation related activity in relation to that ECHO Clinic/ Program
11. Kindly Note: Open for occasional travel to partner sites, training and events across the country.
