Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns / Trainees who are eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This is a hands-on, paid internship where you will work closely with senior recruiters and gain real-time exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for tech & non-tech roles
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media & databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers
- Draft job descriptions and post roles on relevant platforms
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Learn and apply Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interest in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus (not mandatory)
