Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate coding services for obstetric and gynecologic procedures using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  
• Conduct thorough medical record reviews to identify relevant diagnoses and code accurately according to industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in E/M OBS (Obstetrics) coding or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT Coding System, HCPCS Level II codes.
  
• Proficiency in Medical Decision Making software or similar tools used for coding review.
