Job Description

Designation: Operator/Analyst

Department/Process: Operator

Grade: I

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university

Selection Rounds:

Personality Evaluation Assessments

Panel Interview (Ops Round)

Roles and responsibilities:

Meeting the defined targets

Reporting of any technical issues / bugs to the Team Lead

Understanding and delivery on process metrics like Judgement per day, Utilization, Accuracy

Ensure prompt & accurate service & achievement of target

Ability to work on repetitive task keeping high attention to detail

Must be able to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining production numbers with good consensus%

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Attention to Detail

Process Specific

Good understanding of Ecommerce platforms and various categories of products

Prior experience on using Ecommerce platforms for purchase of products

Ability to comprehend and categorize products based on their attributes and features

Generic

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Work on repetitive tasks and maintain high level of accuracy and productivity

Adaptable and should be working with tight deadlines

Self-motivated, passionate and should be comfortable with fast paced environment

Punctual and flexible to shift changes

Salary- 2.6LPA

Working days 5 days (sat-sun fixed off)

Office timings 9-6PM fixed timing

+ Variables incentives

Travel Allowance- Between 3500-4500
