Executive - QC Micro @ Alembic

Job Description

Job Role for Executive Microbiologist:

1. Microbial Testing: Perform Bioburden, sterility testing, BET. MLT Disinfectant efficacy testing and antimicrobial effectiveness testing on pharma products.

2. Environmental Monitoring (EM): Conduct air sampling, surface monitoring, and personnel monitoring in clean rooms and controlled environments.

3. Media Preparation & Equipment Maintenance: Prepare culture media calibrate equipment like pH meters. Colony counter and Balances

4. Documentation & Compliance: Document results in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and investigate deviations.

5. Water Testing: Analyse water samples for microbial contamination.

6. Microorganism Identification: Isolate and identify microorganisms using Vitec 2 compact system.

7. Handling of isolators and Qualification microbiology lab equipments and Instruments.

8. Preparation and review of EM/ water trends.
