Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AIML Architect with over 7+ years of experience to lead and design advanced AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in architecting scalable AI/ML systems, leading technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value. This role requires a strong foundation in data science, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and artificial intelligence, coupled with a hands-on approach to solving complex problems across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML models and solutions for large-scale projects.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying the latest AI/ML techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and NLP.
- Oversee model lifecycle management, including development, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Lead technical discussions and decision-making related to AI/ML strategy, architecture, and system integration.
- Mentor and guide teams in AI/ML best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical AI standards in all AI/ML solutions.
- Work closely with product teams to integrate AI models into products and services, optimizing user experience and business outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML to keep the organization at the forefront of advancements.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, with a strong background in solution architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale in production environments.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with strong coding and algorithm development skills.
- Solid experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, Google AI Platform).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into AI/ML solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices, including continuous integration, version control, and automated testing for AI models.Role & responsibilities.
