Job Description

Looking for a lead developer/scrum master in Java technologies with an extensive experience in the Insurance Domain. The candidate would serve as principal architect / designer accountable for important technical decisions such as technical integration, and responsible for the quality of itstechnicaldeliverables. We are looking at a senior level person who will be able to manage the team as well

Required skills:

• Minimum 10 years of expert level knowledge of core development experience with some people management experience. Preferably 70:30 principle, being 70 on technical & 30 on team management side.
• Must have knowledge on technologies Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and JQuery, Angular JS.
• Must have experience in performing code reviews of the developers in the team.
• Strong knowledge of core Java concepts & hand-on programming experience.
• Must have led software development teams using agile methodology like scrum.
• Experience with design patterns, unit testing, performance/memory analysis, and n-tier architecture.
• Experience of full software development life cycle.
• Ability to communicate with the business unit sponsors effectively.

Desired skills:

• Applicant must have experience in java, Spring, spring boot, Micro services, web services,
• Must have hands on experience in Mongo DB.
• Team handling experience is mandate.
• People management experience is must.
• Strong verbal & written skills required to interact with various teams.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Scrum master certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in insurance domain will be an added advantage.
